The Ice House is ready! on the right side of our parking lot, this little spot is stocked with an ice machine, filtered water, and our complimentary bikes for cruising around town. Swing by to fill your bottles, grab some ice, and gear up for your Williamsburg adventure.

We also ordered a little flag from Oxford Pennant that will hangout here —and yes, we’re way too excited about it. If you’re stopping by, be sure to snap a photo. You know we live for the little details.

work in progress

If you’ve been following our renovation journey, you might remember that when we purchased the property, there was a building tucked at the back of the parking lot. We had high hopes for saving it, but the structure just wasn’t sound enough to make it. However, that loss opened the door to something new: reimagining the space as an outdoor hangout for our guests. Picture fire pits for s’mores, green space for games, and the crown jewel—a clubhouse. Add in twinkle lights strung overhead, and you’ve got the kind of atmosphere that makes you want to linger a little longer. It’s a spot to sip a drink, play a game, and if you’re traveling with friends or family, the perfect place to gather. And who knows—you might just meet a new friend while you’re at it. Here’s where our vision for the space began—scroll down to see the early renderings.

Where we are today - the grass is in—and it’s the coziest, greenest welcome mat you could ask for. Our fire pit is ready for late night hangs, corn hole boards are out for a little friendly competition, and soon, s’mores kits will be available in the lobby to make your evenings even sweeter.

Up next: the interior renovation of the Clubhouse. We’re dreaming up a laid-back hangout space with campy vibes and retro flair—madras plaid might just make the cut. We also love the idea of lawn chairs and movie nights - these schoolhouse lawn chairs are right up our alley. Take a peek at our early design direction below and a draft of our potential furniture plan, and of course, we’ll keep the behind-the-scenes updates coming.
